This evaluation provided a qualitative assessment of three phases of programs conducted by Mobility International USAID (MIUSA) to promote disability inclusion in USAID supported development programs. The three program phases cover a decade of work on disability inclusion aimed at providing technical assistance and training to: 1) model organizations conducting international work (the International Office of Migration, Mercy Corps, America Friends Service Committee, Holt International, Trickle UP, and Church World Service), 2) USAID mission offices, non-governmental organizations, and disabled people organizations in Albania, Guatemala, and Ecuador, and 3) USAID mission offices, non-governmental organizations, and disabled people organizations in Columbia, Ethiopia & Jordan.
